This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days. If you use this software after the 15 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. When registration payment is received you will be sent a registered key for the latest version of BayGenie, and will be entitled to free upgrades for one year. After one year, if you want to continue using the software, you need to pay the annual license renewal fee each year.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY THE REGISTERED VERSION, OR ANY REGISTERED KEY, OF/FOR BayGenie BE DISTRIBUTED. DOING SO MAY CAUSE YOUR KEY TO BE INVALIDATED IN FUTURE RELEASE AND INVALIDATED KEY WILL NOT BE REISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
